Treating people like a human beings goes a LONG way!!

Exactly two weeks ago two men took the liberty of helping themselves in my car and taking my work laptop, iPad, and Cell Phone within 2 minutes …. Following the trauma of having your space being absolutely violated, police that make you feel like you are actually the ******** wasting their time and their break during loadshedding, and Cell C telling me that I am failing security questions because I do not know 5 numbers out of my head that I dial frequently …. “But they’re sorry” …. I was beyond elated when Kerianne Ogle from Momentum insurance took my case for my phone … I cannot imagine it was easy trying to get hold of me phoning back and forth between my mother, office, and work colleagues phone to try and assist me but she was patient, assisted in opening the case whilst we waiting for a case nr and ITC number, and within 24hrs I had my istore voucher to replace my phone! I have honestly NEVER had such amazing service from anyone before! Thank you so much for everything, treating me like a human and not a robot from a script, your patience, listening to me ramble, and for your kindness! Thank you Kerianne & Momentum!
