took 2 months to process claim all quoted prices changed and now NO response from AFI

Sent through a claim on the 13 Aug and it took complaining to AFI for Solomon Mokwena to finally get his A into Gear and send through a settlement offer on the 13 Oct but he took so long in doing so, that all the prices have changed. Since then we have not been able to get ANY response from AFI at all. Don't answer emails or return calls. I have been with them for over 20 years and if this is the level of service to be expected AFI will not be around for too much longer.
