Time wasters and poor service

I have been on line with Momentum for literally and an hour with Eathen at my cost because of the car rental agreement with Avis which was not extended. I only took this service because I need a vehicle while my car is being repaired. They day of return has never been communicated and the car repair company gave my car back on Thursday. I am not happy at all with the whole process.

This is not the first time I have issues with momentum and the car rental agreement. They just cant seem to get it right.
