TIME WASTER, RUDE AND FULL OFF ATTITUDE PEOPLE!!!

<p>Hi, One of your client son's bumped into my vehicle on the 05-02-2017 i have submitted all the required documents on the 08-02-2017 (8h00am) Claim number 791/630333 from the time i have submitted i have been calling every day and claim department took a week to hand over my file to legal department, on the 16-02-2017 accessor was appointed on the same day and till today no respond and agent cannot provide me any details of accessor or when accessor will decide to come for final decision, Nor they have rights to send any emails to accessor for speedy or urgency as this insurance company clearly don't have human working for them!!!</p> <p>Yesterday i have spoken to Legal department manager ''Haniet'' that old women have nerve to tell me how can i drive my car without having insurance mean while your own ****** client have insurance and don't know how to ****** drive on the road, as well as she told me they don't take third party claims that serious as their clients should come first( THIS IS CLEARLY RED SIGN THIS INSURANCE AND THEIR PEOPLE ARE ****** RUDE WITH NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER) If manager is so rude imagine their stuff!!!!</p> <p>My Vehicle been parked in my garage since 05-02-2017 and they have guts to tell me their company policy terms can take up to 60 days to finalise and i must wait for them to get back to me!!</p> <p> </p> <p>If this case don't get resolve AS MATTER OF URGENCY i'm escalating further up (Higher then you can ever imagine) and i'm opening police case against YOU and YOUR CLIENT SON who damaged my vehicle!!!</p> <p> </p>
