Time to change

Once again some truly spectacular uselessness, I have claimed twice (this being the second time) and both time they have proven how completely inadequate they really are. 4 Day after trying to log claim they had yet to contact me, its now been almost two weeks and they have yet to take any form of decision with regard to my claim
