This is what you call Customer Service with a difference.

I was assisted by Charlotte Smith yesterday. I have never recieved such excellent service from any company, especially telephonically before. Charlotte was professional in every sense of the word but at the same time I could feel that she really was interested in my own needs and in offering me the best for my persoal needs. The way she took her time and explained everything to me in such detail was awesome. She is really a peoples person and not just a typical sales person trying to see you some product they offer. She is very good at what she does and youcanhear its a passion and not just a job. She believes in helping others get along in life. I would recommend her anyday and I would like to say to Charlotte, keep up the good work. You have a Spirit of Excellence.
