This insurance won't allow me to claim

This is the worse insurance ever, I tried to claim as 3rd party but they gave me worse hard time ever, I provided all the details/documents needed, this lady from legal liability department her name is Sharon I think, she is the meanest ass *****, she made me feel so small... my car still hasn't fix, accident happened on the 2nd of November, she kept on delaying everything,telling me about 48hours every time I try to phone, or she will start by saying my claim doesn't exist so that I can give up, no one has get back to me, no emails,no calls they kept telling me about 48hours it's been days now, honestly I have rights,
