Third Party Claims

This is the worst ever company to deal with as a third party claimant, I have been struggling to speak to a single person for four days. The only thing is good at is transferring calls to unworking phones or people who are not there. I wonder if they are doing the same thing to their policy holders. Honestly speaking my feeling is I am treated this way because I am not bringing any money to them. I wish it was easy to just claim directly to the person who caused the damage to my car than dealing with this company.
