Third party claim slow as hell.

I got into an accident caused your client and I claimed as a third party, I sent all documents and assessments which already has a report but it’s been a week without progress or update. I need my car to be fixed as it wasn’t my fault, I’m stressed. I am driving a damaged car everyday it’s too risky on the road. 💔😭
