Third Party Claim - Four Months and Waiting

<p>Hi,</p> <p>You client crashed into my vehicle by accident in May 2016. We opened a case with the police and proceeded to engage Alexander Forbes (AF), after which things just went quiet.</p> <p>AF arranged that someone asses our car. This person did not pitch for the meeting and failed to return any calls.</p> <p>Myself, and your client have since mailed AF multiple times, but to no avail - the lack of service was a a result of Natasha Ontong and Pauline Govender simply ignoring our mails.</p> <p>My vehicle has been damaged for four months, with your client even volunteering to pay for the damages until AF pay, which is embarrassing for you.</p> <p>Please could you assist us to resolve this issue?
