Third part claim nightmare
The worst service ever! It is taking more than 6 months to settle a third party claim!!! They constantly brick-wall me and threaten me with delays but they are the ones wasting time. Communication is lacking at best and there is no response from them on matters. You will get better service from the post office on a Friday afternoon than from them.
