They never communicate

I wish I can rate them zero, they don't deserve 1star * I've registered a claim on the 24th, the consultant was very promised that when ever I need anything must call her, she was very convincing, that was the last time I spoke to her actually she is unreachable on the phone does not reply to emails even, I complained two weeks back then I got communication from the team leader, I was emailed by a different consultant to my surprise she requested the same documentation that my first consultant requested! Well I did send again to her with no complain, since yesterday I try to get to the non drivable department is just mission impossible, the consultant I spoke to this morning has the oddesity to tell me that they are very busy, and experiencing I high volume of calls and emails, but when it comes to sales they never experience high volume of calls or emails, all I need is communication. To make alternative mode of transport to get to work
