They are nothing but the best

On the 5th of February 2015, i put a funeral claim through to Alexander Forbes and they had to forward the claim to The Best Funeral Society department for processing. Firstly i lodged the claim very late as the funeral was to take place on the 7th of Feb 2015. I first dealt with Thandiwe Ntuli who processed my documents to Rozanne Gunkel and Rozanne proccessed them to Jabu Nomzima (The best Funeral Society). Rozanne and Thandiwe never got tired of me nagging them every minute but they took it upon themselves in making sure i was paid as soon as possible. They never at one stage lost their patience with me considering that i had lodged the claim late. They followed up with Jabu right till the end. Jabu gave me a call on Friday afternoon after experiencing terrible load shedding to tell me that they have made the payment. I would like to thank the Alexander Forbes and The Best Funeral teams for all their help when i was really frustrated. Thank you. May God continue to give you the patience you guys have.
