THE WORST insurer.

THE WORST insurer I have ever had. The ONLY reason I left Discovery to them was under advi*****t of my broker. They could not accommodate a simple request of mine and when I asked for management to call me it never happened even though I was assured it would happen within a few hours. It's been 2 weeks now and still no call from this "manager". I have sent multiple emails and the only calls I have now received. One after 5pm and 1 before 8am which is terrible, but no one talks. It is just a silent call until the call eventually drops and no second attempt by them either which shows they not really wanting to talk to me. I have now told them to call me back so I can cancel my insurance as this is beyond pathetic. Also they don't even allow cover for advanced driving lessons...never had that issue in my life.
