the worst insurance company

The worst insurance i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, i have never had a simple claim process, they have a history of terrible service, i have made about 5 calls this morning to get a vehicle that broke down towed to a mechanic , i have have full premium insurance and get a call that they want to charge me over R695 for towing ? ? ? *** . on google maps there are 3 routes from 55km to 60km . when i ask why the charges he said its over 150km , time to change.

so it seems that with Momentum you cant tow your vehicle to your prefered place of repair , which is completely ridiculous, im being charge a penalty for not using the closet dealership , i have never had this issue with other insurance house or previously with momentum
