THE ULTIMATE SUPERSTAR :)

We had a situation this morning that required very urgent assistance, (we've been struggling since yesterday to have this matter resolved for the client). Within minutes of sending the complaint to Carike Wessels, she had a team ready and willing to assist, and the issue was attended too promptly :) Carike has the ability to take any complaint and turn it into a compliment! This lady is really OUTSTANDING at her job! Thank you so much Carike for always being willing to assist us and doing it with a smile :) When a matter is sent to her, we have full faith that it will be resolved and treated as an urgent matter, in a promptly manner. I wish I could give her 10 STARS!!
