Today I spoke to a retentions advisor by the name of Ngoako Kgapane and even though I am leaving momentum, he was able to calm me down from a bad experienced I had while trying to cancel. He called me back and tried to retain me however premium was just too high. I want to give him a thumbs-up and a job well done for his customer service, patience with me, and being very polite. Thank you for making my existing hard(in a good way) but also easy at the same time(exceptional customer experience and services). You are super amazing(all the good words in the dictionary), if I could just deal with you all the time life would be so much easier. Ngoako man you made this difficult I am so sorry I am leaving my guy, however you are definitely an asset to Momentum. Please give that man a bells and lots of money for his hard and diligent work. Thank you once again stay amazing don't change; just know that someone is always watching and sees your effort. In due course, you will reap.
