The premiums are high and I decided to go somewhere else where I can afford. Thanks Elouise McBride for assisting me with cancellation and offering an incredible service, and trying to help me lower the premium. I gave 4 starts because I have to wait until end of September to get a refund. Elouise was kind enough to ask that I send her my bank statement so that the funds can be released but my bank will only release the statement with the transaction details that we want next month, so I will have to wait.
