The epitome of excellent customer service
If customer service and satisfaction were to ever have a face, Keamogetswe (kea) Hoeane would undoubtedly and most deservingly claim the title. <br> <br> Kea has assisted me with an accident claim. As I've already stated, Kea has epitomized what going the extra mile is. Throughout the claiming and authorization procedure she demonstrated great professionalism, reliability, efficiency, timeliness and above all else, a great attitude, to say the least. <br> <br> As a client, I rate service very highly, and thus Kea's service went as far as to turn my dismay to jubilance.
