The client service personnel I dealt with this morning pertaining to the increase in my car insurance premium was excellent. He explained clearly in detail the reasoning behind the dramatic increases in the premiums which I completely understand. He gave me a R55 reduction on my premium which was the best he could do which is acceptable to me. I have always had excellent service from Momentum Insure especially with regards to claims.
