The Brilliant Thuli Ngubane

I would like to compliment Thuli Ngubane for outstanding service! Having been in various Service Industries for several years, and receiving awards for outstanding service from the likes of Singapore Airlines and Austrian Airlines, I would suggest that I'm not easy to impress.

It was evident that Thuli had a sales background, which she confirmed when I asked. Her quick wit and pleasant disposition, was only exceeded by her efficiency and professionalism. She sorted me out quickly, and in so doing, inadvertently assured me that I am in capable hands in dealing with Momentum.

She is an asset to Momentum, and I hope they realize that!
