The booking centre is not listed in the KIA approv

My name is Lerato Madia I own a KIA RIO 1.2 2015 model and I bumped into another car. The front left fender has a dent and the bumper is damaged. Tukedi Pitsi helped me claim and the claim was approved of which i am very happy about that. They booked the car in Centurion gateway auto body repairer. Last week Friday i found out that this auto repairer is not listed under the KIA approved auto body repairer and panel beater and i attached a document to even prove that. I don't want my car being fixed by some company that is not listed in the KIA approved repairer. She has not responded as yet and i send another email this morning to request feedback but still i haven't got anything. I am a paying customer, all i am asking for is feedback and good service . I still need my car to be under warranty
