I had to change from personal to business car insurance. I called them and Thabang S answered and it was just the most pleasant experience I have ever had, I feel like I should invite him for a braai now or get him a plane ticket to come down and watch a game or rugby together.

All in all the most pleasant experience I have ever had on the phone to an insurance company I love them.
