We are not Momentum customers who ever claim from our short term insurance, but after serious damage all at the same time to our decoder, alarm system and two computers because of power outages and power surges, we decided to claim. She systematically and in a calm and friendly way gathered all the information, damage reports and quotations from us and followed up every telephone conversation and transaction with sms's and emails.
