I recently lodged 2 claims and was assisted by a very friendly and helpful consultant called Palesa Muchanga. She was extremely helpful, very understanding and made sure my needs are met. Simply put, she was outstanding throughout the claims process. She called me to check in or to provide updates, rep**** to my emails timeously and assured me that she is giving my claim the attention it deserves.
