My experience with Palesa Muchungwa(sp) was amazing. I phoned in 2weeka ago, confused ans distraught because the day before I was hijacked and my car was riddles with bullet holes after a shoot out between the suspects and CAP Security. A week later my claim was approved, then the insurance settled my car debt. I loved that with every phone call, Pale would follow through with an email to confirm what was discussed.
