Thank you Jaco Del Ray and Fabian Naidoo for serving Momentum well

After few squabbles with Momentum's Investigator I am happy to report that my claim has been settled. After my complaint against one of the investigator, Jaco Del Ray, the Investigation Department's Head stepped in and looked into my matter. After his own investigation into my concerns he called to inform me about his findings and apologized. My claim was then processed and paid without any delay.

Once again, I want to thank both Fabian Naidoo and Jaco Del Ray for taking my matter very serious. These Two gentlemen were awesome, kept me updated at every stage of the process and in as much as I was angry their service was just perfect. After all, good companies are a result of good employees, so as bad companies.
