Terrible service, terrible insurance, every excuse not to pay claims

Terrible experience with this insurance. They make every excuse not to pay claims..

The claims department are not helpfull which includes their supervisory staff.

They send out so called specialists who come to you5 home who tell you one thing only to hear from the claims department that your claim has been authorised. The main aim of having an insurance is for emergency but if you are with momemtum rest assure they will not pay claims.

Terrible service all round. I will not advise anyone to join them.
