Terrible Service from Momentum previously known as Alexander Forbes Insurance

The worst service ever, been insured for 20 years with Alexander Forbes which is now Momentum and never claimed. We had a massive storm that flooded our home destroying ceilings and cupboards and 2 weeks later after logging a request, no call back or any assistance provided it's been storming over this period so we have been trying to self repair but I actually can't believe that this is the service we received after all these years. I would like to change insurers after this! Hope my review prevents most from using this service provider
