No debit order has gone off despite signing the forms on 27/28-11-2018. This has been on going for 3 months, and no debit order has off her account, if anything should happen,I will keep the conversations, and I will use this for legal purposes as proof of this idiotic and unprofessional behavior from your Agents. Also being on hold for over an hour.
