Terrible Service

My car had an accident in February, I lodged a claim in February. No one was attending to me until I reported this on Hello Peter. Mbavhalelo and Basetsana the consultations called amd tried to take details, but i think they were just doing that to give feedback on HelloPeter bcz they disappeared again. I have been calling and sending emails with no response. We are now in April without a car and assistance from Momentum. I never missed paying the premium not even once and this is the service am getting.
