Terrible service

<p>My household insurance claim has been going on for 2 months and Alexandra Forbes consistently ignores my queries. Two contractors have been sent to do assessments and nothing is repaired and no report given. Cannot get hold of the assessor and the consultant (Bontle) never follows up on anything. No emails or feedback from Alexandra Forbes, escalations are ignored. The customer complaints email is a farce as no one responds to complaints.</p>
