Terrible! inconsistent! Unreliable

I have Momentum’s car insurance. If I could give Momentum Insurance a minus rating I would! They are inconsistent and unreliable. I’ve been waiting since February for my query to be resolved and follow up with them on a regular basis and al I hear is “ we will get back to you with feedback”. The consultant who initially assisted me also just stopped getting back to me. This is THE WORST insurance I’ve had and plan on changing very soon. So if anyone thinks of joining I strongly recommend against it. Though the affordable premium looks appealing , you will wait 10 years to be assisted with claims.
