Tawfeeq Saint: A bright star in the blandness of Momentum Insure

I was neither here nor there when it came to Momentum. They were competent if not particularly brilliant. Their app is terrible and difficult to navigate, but one shining light was Tawfeeq Saint who had the unfortunate responsibility of helping me cancel my contract. I'm never happy with insurers that suddenly want to offer the world to people when they leave, but Tawfeeq was personable, honest and understanding of my situation.
