Taking my money without an agreement

<p>I took up a funeral cover with Alexander Forbes a few weeks ago, I filled in paperwork from one of their consultants who was at a Wellness Day stand at our office. He later called me to confirm my banking details and I gave them over. I have been expecting an email or sms confirming whether or not the cover has been approved, I do not have a single shred of paper confirming that I have this cover with them yet they were very quick to debit my money from the bank. I reversed the transaction because I feel that they debited my account *******ly, there is no proof of my cover with them so why should I pay. If I ever need to claim, how do you suggest I do so without as much as a Policy number? I feel that this was very unprofessional and would like to cancel this "cover" with them, </p>
