Surprise CP201306

I had a claim in October 2020 which was finalised end of November and now at the end January momentum call me to tell me that at 12H00 midnight they will be deducting an extra R500 on my premium, and when I asked why they told me there was a claim I never disclosed, I claimed 1st time they promised me that they have checked everything and they won't do it again, since I had nothing to hide they did it again on my 2nd claim didn't complain now 3 months later they come with this issue after I even insured my new car with them.
