I want you to know you have an exceptional employee, Kgaogelo Masenamela, in your short-Term insurance claims division. Since I started with her in November 2015 when she was assisting me with my first claim which has not yet been finalised, however, since then to date she has been hands-on. The claim is underway to its completion. She promptly responds to my back and forth emails, with my endless questions in relation to the daunting processes of insurance, which has various terms that are confusing when you don't know them. I further had another request (in short space of time) for a letter of no-claim that was requested for another claim I was making with Outsurance. She assisted me with that as well without hesitation or referring me to another person/department. In addition, she advised me with information that was being requested from me by this insurance group. I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your short-term insurance division permanently as this is exactly what the customers want to have.
