Sue Naidoo, one of the friendliest and helpful agents I have ever dealt with at Momentum Insure. Also one of the most clear speaking people. She clearly has an enthusiasm for her job and it shows. She definitely put me in a good mood after having to deal with a very mundane and sometimes frustrating process of calling a call center.
