Stuck with baby-no road side assist

I am very disappointed. I'm stuck on the side of the road with my baby and each time I call for road side assistance I'm kept on hold for a few minutes only to be told that this call could not be.. to assist please try again in a few minutes. This is not acceptable! Don't advertise a service you can't measure up to!
