still waiting for quote after Alex Forb send back my emails for me to show where i asked?????

i need somebody in Alex Forb team looking into complaints to email me their email address so i can show you my complaints with Alex Forbes agent, she even sent all my emails back as she cant find where i asked for a quote? very sad service - if you can please email me the complaint email address with the turn around time to investigate such a complaint.

also PLEASE DOOOOOOOOO NOT phone me - i cant answer my phone I want all info on email the whole time. I am really sad about this service, i did try and fix this to phone in and ask for a new consultant i- i was on hold for more than 20 minutes and the line where cut - so my airtime just get used, thus asking hellopeter to assist me to get email confirmation from Alex Forbes.
