Stay away from Momentum Vehicle Insurance

I bought my first car in 2017 & took out a comprehensive insurance with Momentum Insurance. A month or 2 later I bumped into my colleague in a parking lot & lodged a claim with Momentum. Initially they approved the claim only to later to call me & let me know that the claim was rejected because I had told them I had a short term insurance with another company which of course was not true. I then asked for the audio recording/contract & they refused. I didn’t lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman because I was busy with my studies & felt that fighting was goin to exhaust my already depleted energy. Dear first time vehicle owner or any other owner stay away from Momentum Short Insurance.
