Stay Away from Alexander Forbes

utterly disgusted with your service. We lodged a claim for a damaged wall and after a full week of following up, the claim was rejected as they do not cover the damage because we should have prevented it from happening. We cut the trees down to avoid further damage to our wall and to the neighbors property but that doesn't seem to matter to them. They would prefer for the tree to actually fall and cause extensive damage, than to pay for a wall that was damaged because of roots. Please tell me what you expect home owners to do when they purchase a property that has giant trees that were planted several years ago? Are we supposed to not have trees because there is a risk that the roots will damage the walls or property? What do we do about trees that are growing in neighbors yards? force them to cut the trees down because the roots are moving walls? a fair warning to home owners, stay away from Alexander Forbes
