Spoke to Claudine Keppler in the cancellation department. It was such a pleasure to connect with her and have a very human centric conversation. If it wasn’t for Momentum renewal pricing and process I would have stayed just because of Claudine. Such an awesome person and as an organization you are lucky to have her! I appreciate your assistance Claudine and efforts to try to retain me.
