Speedy finalisation of claim by superstar Koketso Ramoshaba

On Sunday, I misplaced my phone.On Monday, I attempted to contact my service provider to have my phone blacklisted but received no response.I then called my insurance company, and a nice advisor named Koketso Ramoshaba answered the phone and advised me on how to go about the entire blacklist procedure, as well as what was required to file a claim.I took her advice and eventually had my phone blacklisted.I provided the essential paperwork yesterday, as recommended by Koketso.

Today at 2 p.m., she called to register my claim, and guess what? By 2:25 p.m., my claim had been successfully authorised and paid out. Koketso is an asset to the organisation; she went above and above her call of duty to counsel me and settle my claim in 25 minutes. This simply made me smile.
