Spectacular claims department services

Recently had a car accident a few weeks ago, I called their call centre and got assisted promptly with quite friendly staff. Car was assessed and conceded a write-off and was payout out without any issues. Staff representative gave me feedback on the process and got updated accordingly when I called to check up.
