So taking car insura...

So taking car insurance with them is so easy but when it's time to claim, it's a nightmare... I put in a hail claim in November 2023 which I'm fully covered for... It is now April 2024 and iv just had momentum give me the run around. My car is still not fixed, it's at the panel beaters but momentum is delaying the process by taking long to approve claims... This is a ****py insurance company and they don't deliver on their promise.
