Smooth Cancellation without issues or incident

Momentum recently pushed my monthly premium up resulting in me finding another insurance company that gave me a better price. I phone Momentum to cancel and was ready for a legal fight as I had very bad experience in the past with several service providers when it came to contract cancellations. Marco ****son at Momentum was very helpful and actually made the cancellation going very smoothly and pleasantly. Obviously he tried to convince me to stay however admit defeat and sent me a cancellation letter immediately. I take my hat off to Marco making this go smoothly without incident and I hope we speak again in the future.
