Slow Service from Alexandre Forbes

I've never recieved such slow service in my life and I pay every month my installment on time. I would never recommend Alexandre Forbes to anyone. They keep telling you they will phone you and keep you up to date. I'm waiting almost 2 weeks for authorization to get the repairs done on my vehicle. And everytime its "we are waiting for this or we are waiting for that" Someone is not doing their job. Or they aren't competent to do the work.
