Sizwe Masango BAD SERVICE!!

<p>I requested a car insurance quote from Sizwe (who works for Alexander Forbes). He took most of my information and never got back to me after that. I had to contact him on serval occations to find out what was going on and ask what further information i needed to give him to complete the process only to find that my policy was already active and was just ready to be debited with the INCORRECT amount. The quote amount was R400 less than what was debited, which i didnt agree on let alone be aware that i would be debited since i was not even given a policy number or a contract saying i had a policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sizwe has failed to get back to me via email for 3 weeks and im fuming as i would just like to cancel my policy and get a refund and i cant get ANYONE to assist me on the matter.</p>
