Just want to say shout out to Phaladi from Momentum Short term insurance. the guy handled my claim with the utmost professionalism. Not only did he keep his turnaround times, but the manner in which he handled my claim is really commendable. I didn't know anything about car accident claims, but he explained everything I needed to know and do for the process to go smoothly. He made promises and he kept them, kept me on the loop with the progress of my claim. <br> <br> Now if that's not service at its best, I don't know what is.
